Ingredients

Naini Saini Sesame Salad

  • Sesame Seeds – for roasting
  • Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black Pepper – to taste
  • Green Chili Sauce – to taste
  • Chili Flakes – to taste
  • Vinegar – to taste
  • Salad Greens / Vegetables – chopped

Binsar Honey Mayo Salad

  • Potatoes – boiled and chopped
  • Beans – chopped
  • Carrots – chopped
  • Green Peas
  • Apple – chopped
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Dragon Fruit – chopped
  • Mayonnaise – to taste
  • Honey – to taste

Instructions

Naini Saini Sesame Salad

  • Roast sesame seeds in a pan until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Mix roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, honey, salt, pepper, green chili sauce, chili flakes and vinegar into a dressing.
  • Pour dressing over chopped salad greens and toss until evenly coated.

Binsar Honey Mayo Salad

  • Boil potatoes, beans and carrots. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop apple and dragon fruit. Prepare pomegranate seeds.
  • Mix mayonnaise and honey into a smooth creamy dressing.
  • Combine all fruits and vegetables. Add dressing and mix thoroughly.

Pro Tip: For the Sesame Salad dress just before serving to keep the greens crisp. For the Honey Mayo Salad chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving — the flavours develop beautifully.
