Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Heat Butter: Melt half of the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook Chicken: Add the chicken strips and sauté until lightly golden.
  • Season: Add oregano and chilli flakes, mix well, and keep aside.

Step 2: Make the White Sauce

  • Prepare Roux: Melt the remaining butter and add all-purpose flour.
  • Add Milk: Gradually pour in milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Season Sauce: Add sugar, nutmeg powder, and salt. Cook until thick and creamy, then transfer to a bowl.

Step 3: Prepare the Vegetable Base

  • Heat Oil: Add olive oil to the cleaned pan.
  • Sauté Vegetables: Add garlic, onion, spinach, green chillies, and tomato cubes.
  • Cook Well: Stir until the vegetables soften and release aroma.

Step 4: Assemble the Pasta

  • Combine: Add the prepared white sauce to the vegetable mixture.
  • Add Chicken: Mix in the cooked chicken strips thoroughly.
  • Add Pasta: Stir in the boiled pasta along with oregano and salt.
