Main Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice – 1 bowl (boiled)
  • Noodles – 1 bowl (boiled)
  • Eggs – 2
  • Mixed Vegetables – chopped
  • Radish – for digestion and health
  • Special Schezwan Sauce – prepared blend
  • Dry Fruits – a handful (chopped)
  • Spring Onion – chopped
  • Fresh Coriander – chopped
  • Oil – as needed

Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Egg Base

  • Crack eggs into a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, cook eggs into an omelet. Remove and set aside.

Step 2 – Saute Vegetables

  • Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped mixed vegetables and radish. Saute until lightly cooked but still crisp.

Step 3 – Combine & Season

  • Add cooked rice and noodles to the wok. Add dry fruits and Schezwan sauce.
  • Add spices and mix gently with a light hand so rice grains do not break.

Step 4 – Garnish & Serve

  • Finish with chopped spring onion and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
